Pegasus - Reflect and Review

Dear Parents and Carers, 

We have had a great last week of term in Pegasus class! 

In Maths, we have been exploring lines of symmetry in 2-D shapes. This has included finding lines of symmetry in 2-D shapes and completing shapes. 

In RE, we have been exploring the Christmas story. We thoroughly enjoyed our pyjama Monday, watching the Polar Express whilst drinking hot chocolate. 

Next week:

Next week in Maths, we will be identifying lines of symmetry, as well as counting the number of faces and edges of 3-D shapes. In English, we will be exploring the different characters in Traction Man creating our own character descriptions. 

Home-learning
Please check the label on the inside for the next homework date. We will mark our homework on that day. Spellings are also due on that day for those that have finished Read, Write, Inc. We will not be testing children on their spellings. It is just for children to practise their spellings at home.
