Delphinus - Reflect and Review

Dear Parents, 

In English, we have been recapping and retrieving key information from across the term, helping to strengthen our understanding and recall of key learning. We have also been focusing on sentence construction, ensuring that our ideas are clearly written and make sense.

The children have been very engaged in Curious Quest with the world of Professor Klunk, and have enjoyed discussing and responding to this. We have also been learning how to use question marks and exclamation marks correctly within our writing.

In Maths, we have been exploring place value within numbers from 20 to 50. We have focused on recognising tens and ones and ensuring that digits are written the correct way around. In preparation for the Easter service, we have been practising our songs and performances, building confidence and enthusiasm.

• 26th March - Easter Service at SS Peter and Paul's Church 10am start leaving school 9:15am
• 27th March - Mufti Day for HSA, End of Term 1pm, Suggested Donation of £1 per family.
